(2) Lan (block), is blocking opponents' offense. (3) Jie (intercept) is holding & controling opponents' offense. (4) Kou (lock) is locking opponents' hands, chest, & waist. (5) Tui (push) is pushing opponents' hands & body using single or two hands. (6) Tuo (hold in palm) contains holding up & flat. (7) Dai (treat) is withdrawing hands back while hands held by opponenets.
