Ba Shi Fist was also named as Ba zi Gong Fist (8 words forms). It is a self-existent fist techniques created according to the ancient fist manual's eight skills: spread, intercept, wrap, stride, flick, butt, swing, lead, & some movements of Wuxing (5 elements) fist & 12 Animals fist. Dapper movements with unique techniques. It is simple, useful, & easy to learn routine for beginners.
This is a traditional Hsing-I weapon routine. It contains unique sword skills with complete postures. Its force is vigorous & its vigour is magnificent, well presenting the plain, simple, & clear attacking and defensive character of Hsing-I.

Mixed Form Hammer Fist was created by Juyizhai in Qing dynasty.  It is mainly cannon fists with other complex movements. Movements are quick & neat. Forces are heavy. Advance & retreat are well-ordered considering both attack & withdrawal. One of important form in Hsing-I..
Five Elements Quan is the most basic routine among various Hsing-I forms. It mainly uses chop palms, inch punch fist, drill fist, cannon fist, & sweeping fist, etc. Five kinds of boxing techniques to reach the high combination according to the eastern philosophy of mutual promotion & restraint between the five elements (metal, wood, water, fire, & earth). Long term practice can improve health, strengthen both internal & external strength. Defense dwells in attack.
Advance & retreat linked fist is one of the main routines among Hsing-I forms. It combined 5 different Hsing-I forms and develops the concept of attack & defence to its extreme and became an important classical internal exercise.

It is an integrated routine of 5 Elements Fist & 12 Animals Form Fist. It has abundant techniques, smooth movements, reasonable overall arrangements. It has both astistic & practical value. A stardand routine in Hsing-I Quan competition.
Phoenix 4 Forms (Jixing Siba Quan) is a classical form in Hsing-I. The routine is made up of 4 basic phoenix forms: Gold rooster standing with one foot; Gold rooster eating rice; Gold rooster flipping wings; and Gold rooster crowing. It is dapper and has special forms. It is easy to learn. An ideal rudimental form in Chinese wushu.
12 Animals Forms is one of fundamental routine in Hsing-I Quan. It is made up according to the appearances, movementsm and skills of twelve animals. There are 12 kinds of skills, respectively imitationg the 12 animals, such as dragon, tiger, monkey, horse, snake, etc... alike in their appearances and movements, and spirits embraced, the movements are very quick & sudden; techniques are sinister and ruthless.

Chinese Unicorn (Kylin) horn kinfes are a pair of special weapons used in Shangxi Hsing-I. They looked like antlers of Kylin with two tips and edges, using to chop & thrust. Easy to attack but hard to defense. It has 46 movements. Major movements are thrust, cut, chop, uppercut, push, & parry. Footworks are tiger-step, T-step, bow-step, kneeling-step, & semi-horse step.
A major broadsword routine based on fundamental Hsing-I footworks & forms. Its characteristics are: movements of the body following the movements of the knife, closing to the body and being coherent, steady paces & precise knife forms, moving like wind, standing like a nail. It is the combination of mind, qi, and power.
This spear competition routine has precise structure, abundant content, & smooth movements. It is practical and artistic. A national standard spear routine for competition.
