About the Form: Shaolin Eagle Sec. Fist Kungfu was created and passed it to outsider by Shaolin high monk Shi De Yin. It is a part of traditional Shaolin kungfu. It has 3 frames, 4 momentums, 5 standing postures, 6 harmony, 7 rhymed formulas, 8 methods, 9 skills, 13 forms, 18 hits, 24 matchless forms, 36 hands, 72 techniques. Secret weapons were used in Eagle Sec. It also has medicinal gong to balance, cure external forms & internal strength.

It showed training methods of Sa Bao Gong, Standing posture, Cat Gong, Vessel Gong, Brick Gong, Water-hitting Gong and applications of Pushing hand, Chopping, cutting hand, drawing-out hand & slashing hand. It is the 3rd Vajra routine in Eagle Sec Kungfu. It showed training methods of Stone pointing Gong, Finger Inserting Gong, Cat Gong, Finger Crossing Gong, Ying Zhi (finger) Gong, and applications of Vajra finger, Yin Yang finger, 3 Yin finger, & golden spade finger.
