Major hand methods are hooking, picking, & Chong Claw; Fist methods are Chong (dash), Pi (cut), Guan (penetrate), Beng (slide), & Quan (circle); Palm methods are Chuai (kick), Cha (insert), Tui (push), An (press), & Bo (poke); Leg methods are Cha (step on), Tan (jump), Deng (tread), Chao (fry), & Chan (spade).
