An Sheng Pao was created by Hebei Hsing-I master Chi Lian Liu in Qing Dynasty. Master Zhan Kai Zhang learned it and adopted it based on traditional 5 Elements Fist, 12 Animals Fist. It features balanced movements of hand, eyes, body, footwork to enhance offensive mind. It has 3 training methods (bone-changing, bone-tendon, marrow-washing) & 3 different forces (ming, an, hua) to present rotations of centripetal force & axial force in Hsing-I.

He used different forces (Pi, Ben, Zan, Pao, Heng, Chai, Pu, Guo, Su forces)of 5 Elements Fist & 12 Animals Form (Snake, Horse, Dragon, Tiger, Crane....) to form this routine.
