It is divided into two parts: Xiao (small) Jing (gold) Dan & Zhuang Tong (bucket) Dan. It increases the practicers' endurance of opponents' attack. It helps minimizing the impact of opponents attacks. The breathing method introduced in the program called practical breathing method.

About the form: Emei Soft Push Hand was inherited & slightly modified by master Xin Liang Wu and Wen Tau Lin based on Push Hand techniques from tai chi master Mo Gun Lin combining traditional Emei kungfus' characteristics: artful, adroit, soft, and using opponents' energy to hit opponents.
Double Soft Push Hand has two training methods: Single & Sparring methods. Sparring methods include Flat Circle Soft Pushing method & LuYi Soft Pushing method. Open & Close Soft Push Hand, includes double hand opening & closing training method, internal hand-crossing method & external hand-crossing method. Application of push hand methods are introduced in this program.
Emei Soft Pushing Taiji Quan is created based on the forms of Emei health-preserving exercises & attacking techniques of Emei Soft Push Hand. This program also includes a training exercise to increase interest of students in learning process.
Thousand Tons Standing Pole Exercise is the entry level exercise on Emei Soft Push Hand routines. It is the basic exercise to teach you how to solve the coming energy from opponents. Single Hand Soft Push Hand teaches you how to use softness to react & solve different attacks from different angles.
General Soft Push Hand teaches you how to solve incoming energy in result of messing the attacking leverage of opponents to control opponents' movements. Four Corners Push Hand is an exercise training in a square, walking in a square. It includes Circling Hands Soft Pushing & Elbow-holding 4 Corners Soft Pushing methods. Applications are introduced in the program.
